摘  要:针对大型反应器管板焊接变形大,不易控制的问题,利用TRIZ创新理论对问题进行了分析和求解,给出了解决问题的方案。该方案已成功应用于生产制造,有效控制了管板焊接变形问题,大大提高了生产效率,取得了较好的经济效益。Aiming at the problem that the welding deformation of the large-scale reactor tube sheet was large and difficult to control, the problem was analyzed and solved by using the TRIZ innovative theory, and the solution to the problem was given. The scheme had been successfully applied in manufacturing, effectively controlling the welding deformation of the tube sheet, greatly improving the production efficiency and achieving good economic benefits.
