摘　　要：通过对公共安全视频的社会调研分析,发现公共安全视频是实现城市安全和稳定的基础,为城市公共安全起到重要作用。通过构建依托于广电网络的视频资源共享发布系统,将治安防范措施延伸到群众身边,发动社会力量和广大群众共同监看视频监控,共同参与治安防范,从而真正实现治安防控“全覆盖、无死角”,有效解决群众安全感满意度“最后一公里”的问题。Through social research and analysis of public safety videos,it is found that public safety videos are the basis for realizing urban safety and stability,and play an important role in urban public safety.By building a video resource sharing and publishing system based on the radio and television network,the public security prevention measures are extended to the masses,and social forces and the masses are mobilized to jointly monitor video surveillance and participate in public security prevention,so as to truly realize the“full coverage,no security”of public security prevention and control.dead ends,effectively solving the“last mile”problem of people's sense of security satisfaction.
