摘  要:我国成功发射的“中星9号”卫星是第一颗具有抗干扰能力的广播电视直播卫星。“中星9号”卫星采用我国自行研制具有自主知识产权的信道编码标准ABS-S(先进卫星广播系统)。我国目前建设的应急广播系统传输方式存在频段过窄、受限制等缺陷,特别是近年来建设的老少边穷县应急广播系统,由于当地广播信号传输网络覆盖普遍较差,主要采用4G网络进行广播信号传输。利用直播卫星广播系统(ABS-S)传输覆盖范围广、传输实时性强、安全系数高等优势传输应急广播信号,将是我国应急广播体系建设的一次重大革新。China successful launch of the“Zhongxing 9”satellite is the first radio and television broadcast satellite with anti-jamming capability.The“Zhongxing 9”satellite adopts the channel coding standard ABS-S(Advanced Satellite Broadcasting System)developed by my country with independent intellectual property rights.The transmission mode of the emergency broadcasting system currently under construction in my country has defects such as too narrow frequency band and limited frequency,especially the emergency broadcasting system of the old and young border and poor counties constructed in recent years,because the coverage of the local broadcasting signal transmission network is generally poor,the 4G network is mainly used for broadcasting.Signal transmission.Using the direct broadcast satellite broadcasting system(ABS-S)to transmit emergency broadcast signals with the advantages of wide transmission coverage,strong real-time transmission and high safety factor will be a major innovation in the construction of my country's emergency broadcast system.
