摘　　要：IPTV作为广播电视在新媒体领域的重要延伸,是宣传思想文化和意识形态的重要阵地,做好IPTV的监测监管工作具有重要的意义。分析江西省广播电视监测中心IPTV监测监管的现状,对高密度实时转码、智能拆条存储、智能识别编目等多项人工智能技术在IPTV收录、存储、分析等环节的应用进行了研究,取得了较好的成效。As an important extension of radio and television in the field of new media,IPTV is an important position for propagating ideology,culture and ideology.It is of great significance to do a good job in monitoring and supervising IPTV.Analyzed the current situation of IPTV monitoring and supervision of Jiangxi Provincial Radio and Television Monitoring Center and conducted research on the application of multiple artificial intelligence technologies such as high-density real-time transcoding,intelligent strip storage,and intelligent identification and cataloging in IPTV recording,storage,and analysis.better results.
