注射用交联透明质酸钠凝胶联合动能素改善中下面部凹陷的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察一种新型注射用交联透明质酸钠凝胶联合动能素改善中下面部凹陷临床效果、维持时间及不良反应。方法 收集2020年5月到2021年2月于我院微创科门诊治疗的患者38例,其中32名女性,6名男性,年龄25-50岁,平均年龄36.5岁,鼻唇沟分级程度为1级-4级。患者均使用透明质酸联合动能素填充注射,分别在术后即刻、术后6月及术后1年进行中下面部衰老评分,鼻唇沟评分,记录皮肤纹理改善率以及患者满意度调查,并拍摄照片记录。结果 患者术后一周基本恢复,无明显肿胀不适感,无硬结、迟发肿、栓塞等并发症;中下面部衰老术后即刻改善率100%,术后六个月改善率86.8%,术后一年改善率73.6%;鼻唇沟术后即刻改善率100%,术后六个月改善率84.6%,术后一年改善率65%;VISIA检测皮肤纹理,一个月改善率73.6%,术后六个月改善率94.7%,术后一年改善率78.9%;术后即刻满意度为100%,术后6个月满意度84.2%,术后一年满意度73.6%。结论 透明质酸联合动能素可以有效改善中下面部凹陷,特别是对鼻唇沟改善效果确切,操作简便,恢复期短,维持时间较长,求美者接受度高,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect,maintenance time and adverse reaction of a new type of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel for injection combined with kinetic energy to improve the depression of the middle and lower part.Methods From May 2020 to February 2021,38 patients treated in the outpatient department of minimally invasive surgery of our hospital were collected,including 32 women and 6 men,aged 25-50 years,with an average age of 36.5 years.The nasolabial groove grading was grade 1-4.All patients were filled with hyaluronic acid and kinetic energy.The aging scores of the middle and lower parts,nasolabial groove scores,the improvement rate of skin texture and the satisfaction of patients were recorded immediately after the operation,6 months after the operation and 1 year after the operation,and photographs were taken.Results The patients recovered basically one week after operation,without obvious swelling and discomfort,and without complications such as induration,delayed swelling and embolism;The immediate improvement rate was 100%,the six-month improvement rate was 86.8%,and the one-year improvement rate was 73.6%;The immediate improvement rate of nasolabial groove was 100%,the improvement rate was 84.6% at six months and 65% at one year after operation;The improvement rate of skin texture was 73.6% in one month,94.7% in six months and 78.9% in one year after operation;The immediate postoperative satisfaction was 100%,the 6-month postoperative satisfaction was 84.2%,and the one-year postoperative satisfaction was 73.6%.Conclusion Hyaluronic acid combined with kinetic energy can effectively improve the depression of the middle and lower part,especially for the nasolabial groove.It has the advantages of simple operation,short recovery period,long maintenance time,and high acceptance of beauty seekers.It is worth popularizing.
