摘　　要：目的 探究模块式护理对面部除皱术患者围术期并发症及满意度的影响。方法 选择2020年9月至2021年9月在我院行面部除皱术的62例患者进行研究,采用随机数表法将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各31例。对照组围手术期采用常规护理,试验组实施模块式护理,比较两组患者围手术期应激反应、并发症发生率以及患者满意度。结果 麻醉前,试验组患者的焦虑(HAMA)、抑郁(HAMD)分值显著低于对照组,且试验组患者术后疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症总发生率3.23%,显著低于对照组22.58%(P<0.05)。试验组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在面部除皱术围手术期实施模块式护理能够显著减轻患者不良应激反应,减少并发症发生,利于提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of modular nursing on perioperative complications and satisfaction of patients undergoing facial rhytidectomy.Methods 62 cases of patients who underwent facial rhytidectomy in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period,while the experimental group received modular nursing.The perioperative stress response,complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before anesthesia,the scores of anxiety HAMA and depression HAMD in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,and the degree of postoperative pain of the experimental group was lower than the control group (p<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was 3.23%,significantly lower than 22.58% in control group (p<0.05).The patients’ satisfaction in the test group was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of modular nursing in the perioperative period of facial rhytidectomy can significantly reduce patients’ adverse stress reactions,reduce complications,and improve patients’ satisfaction.It is worth popularizing.
