摘　　要：面部除皱手术在面部年轻化治疗中占有绝对比重,随着人们对面部解剖学的不断深入,很多术式也相继被发明提出,其方法大致可排列为标准切口提升除皱术、小切口提升除皱术、无切口提升除皱术。可见,微创或无创是目前的发展趋势,但想要手术效果更佳需要个体化综合性的面部年轻化方案。遂笔者将从面部老化的发生机制、传统除皱手术的发展方向、现代除皱手术的革新历程及小结与展望四个方面进行综述,旨在为面部整形外科医生提供参考。Rhytidectomy occupies an absolute proportion in the treatment of facial rejuvenation.With the mastery of facial anatomy by scholars,Many surgical methods have been proposed.Including standard incision lifting rhytidectomy,small incision lifting rhytidectomy,no incision lifting rhytidectomy.Obviously minimally invasive or non-invasive conform to the trend of The Times,But comprehensive facial rejuvenation programs work better.Therefore,the author will review the occurrence mechanism of facial aging,the future direction of orthodox wrinkle surgery,The innovation course,summary and prospect of modern wrinkle removal surgery are reviewed,aiming to provide reference for facial plastic surgeons.
