过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂治疗猪急性回肠炎效果研究

摘　　要：胞内劳森菌可引起猪的回肠炎,给猪场带来一定经济损失。为了解过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂以饮水消毒方式,治疗3月龄生长猪急性回肠炎的效果。本文通过PCR检测不同饮水方法(80%泰妙菌素60 g/T、10 g/T漂白粉、1:1 000×2过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂)治疗发病猪7 d内的粪便胞内劳森菌带菌情况,并结合临床变化评价治疗效果。检测结果显示,泰妙菌素和过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂(1:1 000)用药后第3 d的猪粪检测不到胞内劳森菌的核酸,漂白粉和过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂(1:4 000)用药后第6 d的猪粪检测不到胞内劳森菌的核酸。过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂(1:1 000)与泰妙菌素饮水治疗猪急性回肠炎时具有相同效果,优于常用饮水消毒剂漂白粉;且1:4 000时仍具有良好效果。Lawsonia intracellularis could cause ileitis in pigs.It was brought an economic losses.In order to understed the prevention and treatment effect of peracetic acid glutaraldehyde compound disinfectant in the way of drinking water disinfection,intervention on acute ileitis in 3-month-old growing pigs.In this study,different drinking water disposal methods(80% tiamulin 60 g/T,10 g/T bleaching powder,1:1 000 × 2peracetic acid glutaraldehyde compound disinfectant) were detected by PCR in the intervention of fecal transport within 7 days Nucleic acid carrying status of Lawsonia intracellularis,combined with clinical changes,to evaluate the effect of intervention.The test results showed that tiamulin and glutaraldehyde peracetic acid compound disinfectant(1:1 000) could not detect Lawsonia intracellularis nucleic acid on the 3 th day after administration bleaching powder.The nucleic acid of Lawsonia intracellularis could not be detected on the 6 th day after administration with glutaraldehyde peracetic acid and glutaraldehyde compound disinfectant(1:4000).The glutaraldehyde peracetic acid compound disinfectant(1:1 000) had the same effect as tiamulin in drinking water for swine acute ileitis,and was better than the commonly used drinking water disinfectant bleaching powder,and 1:4 000 still had good results.
