摘　　要：心肌挫伤(myocardial contusion,MC)常见于胸部外伤,严重威胁患者生命,早期明确诊断对患者治疗和预后具有重要临床价值。因症状、体征个体差异悬殊,MC缺乏统一诊断方法,临床容易漏诊和误诊。心脏磁共振(cardiac magnetic resonance,CMR)可精准评估心肌组织异常,已成为评估心脏形态、结构和功能的“金标准”。文章就MC的发病机制、病理解剖、病理生理、临床表现、CMR等辅助检查诊断研究进展作一综述,以期为MC的临床早期诊断及进一步研究提供依据。Myocardial contusion(MC)is common in chest trauma,which seriously threatens patients'lives.Early diagnosis has important clinical value for the treatment and prognosis of patients.Due to individual differences in symptoms and signs,MC lacks a unified diagnostic method,prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)can accurately evaluate myocardial tissue abnormalities and has become the“gold standard”for evaluating the heart's morphology,structure,and function.This paper reviews the research progress in the pathogenesis,pathological anatomy,pathophysiology,clinical manifestations,CMR,and other auxiliary examinations and diagnoses of MC,to provide the basis for the early clinical diagnosis and further research of MC.
