摘 要:紧固件在表面电镀/涂覆处理后出现剪切力值降低现象,甚至试验结果不合格,导致产品批次稳定性差、造成生产成本增加。现以钛合金和合金钢两类材料的紧固件为研究对象,分析镀/涂层厚度、镀层种类和硬度及电镀过程是否渗氢对紧固件剪切强度的影响。结果表明:电镀锌对剪切强度影响较小,电镀后剪切力约下降幅度为0.10%~1.40%;涂覆铝对小规格紧固件剪切强度影响较小,剪切力下降幅度仅为0.10%~2.46%,对大规格紧固件影响较大,剪切力下降幅度达到1.45%~4.47%。此外电镀过程中是否渗氢并不是影响剪切力变化的主要原因;而镀层硬度越大,剪切力值越大。The shear force value of fastener decreased after plating,and even the test result is unqualified,resulting in poor stability and increase of production costs.Taking titanium alloy and alloy steel fasteners as the research object,the effects of the coating thickness,plating type,deposit hardness and hydrogenation during plating on shearing strength were analyzed.The result showed that the zinc coating had little effect on the shearing strength,and the shear force value decreased only 0.10%~1.40%after plating.The aluminum coating had little effect on the shearing strength of small-size fastener,and the shear force value decreased by 0.10%~2.46%,the aluminum coating had great influence on large-size fastener,and the shear force value decreased by 1.45%~4.47%.In addition,whether or not hydrogenation during plating was not the main reason for the change of the shear force value,and the greater the deposit hardness,the greater the shear force value.
