摘  要:以某型螺旋式臂架系统固定支座为研究对象,为验证固定支座的结构性能并实现轻量化,建立螺旋式臂架系统整体刚-柔耦合模型,利用多体系统动力学软件ADAMS得到固定支座的极限作业工况,并基于有限元法对固定支座展开静力学分析,确定了优化目标;通过灵敏度分析和最小二乘法构建以尺寸参数和装配参数为设计变量的响应面近似模型;最后结合多目标遗传算法(MOGA)对固定支座进行多目标优化设计。研究结果表明:固定支座能够满足结构性能要求,优化后的固定支座质量下降了13.12%,最大等效应力下降了17.91%,最大变形量下降了16.67%,结构更加紧凑,综合性能明显提高。该研究结果为提高固定支座结构性能提供了参考。Taking the fixed support of a certain spiral boom system as the research object,in order to verify the structural performance of the fixed support and realize lightweight,the overall rigid-flexible coupling model of the spiral boom system was established,and the extreme operating conditions of the fixed support were obtained by using the multi-body system dynamics software ADAMS.The static analysis was carried out on the fixed support based on the finite element method,and the optimization goal was determined.Through sensitivity analysis and least square method,a response surface approximate model with dimensional parameters and assembly parameters as design variables was constructed.Finally,a multi-objective optimization design of the fixed support was carried out by combining with the Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm(MOGA).The results show that the fixed support can meet the structural performance requirements,the mass of the optimized fixed support is reduced by 13.12%,the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 17.91%,the maximum deformation is reduced by 16.67%,the structure is more compact,and the overall performance is significantly improved.The research results provide a reference for improving the structural performance of the fixed support.
