摘 要:为避免液压柱塞式底盖机内的碟形弹簧在变载荷的作用下发生低频振动现象,以碟簧为研究对象,利用物理试验及振动力学理论进行碟簧静态特性和模态分析。结果表明:摩擦阻尼是促使碟簧载荷-位移特性曲线形成滞回区的主要因素;有预紧力的碟簧要比无预紧力的碟簧刚度要大,且预紧力越大碟簧刚度越大;复合组合型式受摩擦阻尼影响,其主振型变得复杂出现曲面振动,且同阶固有频率数值是其他组合型式中最大的;因此采用复合组合型式可以有效提高固有频率,避免低频共振现象发生,为碟簧组的使用及优化设计提供了参考。In order to avoid the low-frequency vibration of the disc spring in the hydraulic plunger bottom cover machine under the action of variable load,taking the disc spring as research object,static characteristics and modal analysis by using physical test and vibration mechanics theory were carried out.The results show that friction damping is the main factor to form hysteretic zone in the load displacement characteristic curve of disc spring.The stiffness of the disc spring with preload is greater than that without preload,and the greater the preload,the greater the stiffness of the disc spring.Due to the influence of friction damping,the main formation of the disc spring composite type becomes complex and occurs surface vibration,and the value of natural frequency is the largest among other composite types.Therefore,using the disc spring composite combination type can effectively improve the natural frequency and avoid the low-frequency resonance phenomenon,which provides a reference for use and optimal design of the disc spring group.
