摘 要:托辊是带式输送机的主要支撑装置,针对三辊槽形托辊组中间辊子损坏频率高的问题,提出一种四辊槽形托辊组结构。在节能托辊研究的基础上,进一步对四辊槽形托辊组进行运行阻力理论研究。基于某矿用带式输送机参数,通过SolidWorks软件分别建立三辊槽形托辊组和四辊槽形托辊组模型,利用ANSYS软件对托辊组结构进行力学分析,得到托辊的应力、应变及疲劳寿命云图;通过带式输送机模拟摩擦试验台,分别获得三辊槽形托辊组和四辊槽形托辊组的托辊受力情况,结果表明四辊槽形托辊组托辊受力更小、疲劳寿命延长,说明四辊槽形托辊组结构布置合理,托辊承载能力提高,为带式输送机设计提供新思路和理论支持。The idler is the main supporting device of the belt conveyor.Aiming at the problem of high damage frequency of the middle roller in the three-roller groove idler group,a four-roller groove idler group structure was proposed.Based on the research of energy-saving idlers,the running resistance theory of four-roll groove idler group was further studied.Based on the parameters of a mine belt conveyor,the models of three-roller groove idler and four-roller groove idler were established by SolidWorks software respectively.The mechanical analysis of the structure of the idler group was carried out by ANSYS software.The stress,strain and fatigue life nephogram of the idlers were obtained.Through the simulation friction test platform of belt conveyor,the forces of three and four-roll groove idler groups were obtained respectively.The results show that the force of the four-roll groove idler is smaller and the fatigue life is longer,which indicates that the structure layout of the four-roll groove idler is reasonable and the bearing capacity of the idlers is improved,which provides new ideas and theoretical support for the design of the belt conveyor.
