摘 要:电动自行车用轮毂电机端盖总成由轴承、端盖和油封三者压装而成,目前多采用轴承与端盖压装、油封与端盖压装的单工序压装生产方式,存在工序不集中、设备功能单一、设备占地大以及生产效率低等问题。提出一种“轴承-端盖-油封”一体式压装方法,设计了轮毂电机“轴承-端盖-油封”压装试验装置。根据控制系统要求,选择可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为主控制器,触摸屏为人机交互界面,设计了PLC控制流程及系统操作界面。试验结果表明:在气液增压缸的作用下,油封和轴承能够精准、顺畅地压入轮毂电机端盖,该装置运行可靠、平稳,为后续轮毂电机端盖总成自动化设备设计开发奠定了基础。The end cover assembly of the wheel motor for electric bicycles is press-fitted by bearing,end cover,and oil seal.At present,the single-process press-fitting production method of bearing and end cover press-fitting,and oil seal and end cover press-fitting is mostly adopted.This method has the problems of inconcentration of processes,single function of equipment,large area of equipment and low production efficiency.A“bearing-end cover-oil seal”integrated press-fitting method was proposed.The“bearing-end cover-oil seal”press-fitting test device of the wheel motor was designed.According to the requirements of the control system,Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)was selected as the main controller,and the touch screen was the human-computer interaction interface.The PLC control process and system operation interface were designed.The results showed that under the action of the gas-liquid pressurized cylinder,the oil seal and bearing can be accurately,smoothly and orderly pressed into the end cover of the wheel motor.The device ran reliably and stably,and laid a foundation for the subsequent design and development of the automation equipment of wheel motor end cover assembly.
