摘 要:以1株分离自泰山的野生菌株ts916为供试材料,依据形态学和rDNA ITS序列分析进行分类鉴定。采用液体摇瓶培养法,以菌丝生物量为主要指标,从5种不同液体培养基中筛选出适宜菌丝生长的液体培养基。结果表明,该野生菌株为花脸香蘑(Lepista sordida),适宜其生长的液体培养基配方为马铃薯200 g、葡萄糖20 g、酵母膏3 g、玉米粉20 g、麸皮20 g、KH_(2)PO_(4)3 g、MgSO_(4)1.5 g,加水至1 L,pH自然。菌丝生物量达到2.209 g·100^(-1)mL^(-1)。试验结果为该菌株的进一步驯化选育和综合开发利用提供参考。A wild strain named ts916 which was isolated from the specie of Lepista sordida collected from Mountain Tai was used as the tested strain,then the selected sample was identified by morphological feature and rDNA ITS sequence analysis.The suitable liquid culture media of ts916 was selected from 5 kinds of different liquid culture media with mycelial biomass as the main index in liquid shaking flask culture method.The result showed that ts916 was identified as Lepista sordida.The most suitable media for mycelia growth of ts916 was potato 200 g,glucose 20 g,yeast 3 g,cornmeal 20 g,wheat bran 20 g,KH_(2)PO_(4)3 g,MgSO_(4)1.5 g,add water to 1 L,pH natural.In which,the mycelial biomass reached 2.209 g·100^(-1)mL^(-1).The results provide some references for domestication,breeding,comprehensive development and utilization.
