摘 要:网络欺凌是大学生群体中常见又隐秘的欺凌形式,尽管大学生的认知发展水平较高、自律性较强,但也难逃社会大环境中各类不良因素的影响。互联网的匿名性、虚拟性为大学生欺凌提供了隐蔽的“利器”,高校环境的开放性和自由性给大学生网络欺凌的预防和管控带来一定程度的困难。应对大学生网络欺凌,既要净化社会与互联网等外部环境,也需高校与大学生自身内部改进。Cyberbullying is a common and insidious form of bullying among university students. Despite their high level of cognitive development and strong self-discipline, university students are not immune to the influence of various undesirable factors in the general social environment. The anonymity and virtual nature of the Internet provide a hidden “tool” for bullying, and the openness and freedom of the university environment make the prevention and control of cyberbullying by university students somewhat difficult. To tackle cyberbullying among university students, it is necessary to clean up the external environment, such as society and the Internet, as well as to improve the internal factors of universities and university students themselves.
