摘 要:帕金森病是一种常见于中老年人的神经系统变性疾病,呈慢性进展性,尚且无法得到治愈,疾病从实际发生到临床确诊有一段相当长的潜伏期。长期以来,对这种前驱期未知的慢性迁延性疾病,最佳的策略便是预防该疾病的发生。本文主要从饮食模式与体育锻炼两个方面,对近期国内外帕金森病发病相关的已知且可行的预防措施进行综述,就相对高风险人群研究现状做简单汇报,总结了一些低风险、潜在高收益的改善生活方式建议,以求尽可能地减少帕金森疾病带来的个人痛苦和社会负担。Parkinson’s disease(PD) is a neurodegenerative disease commonly seen in middle-aged and elderly people, with chronic progression and no cure. Parkinson’s disease has a long incubation period from actual onset to clinical diagnosis. For a long time, the best strategy for this chronic and protracted disease with unknown prodromal stage is to prevent the occurrence of this disease. This article reviews the known and feasible prevention measures related to Parkinson’s disease at home and abroad from two aspects of dietary pattern and physical exercise, makes a brief report on the research status of relatively high-risk population and summarizes some low-risk, potentially high-benefit lifestyle improvement suggestions so as to reduce the personal pain and social burden caused by Parkinson’s disease as much as possible.
