健全疫情防控应急管理体系的对策研究——以天津中医药大学第二附属医院为例

摘　　要：面对突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的严峻形势,天津中医药大学第二附属医院坚持把疫情防控应急管理放在首位,提出了“充分认识,提高站位”“强化培训,科学防控”“调整状态,细化安排”等科学的管理对策;做到科学战疫、靠前服务、全力保障、统筹全局、果断决策,积极做好协同调度工作,落实每日调度、实时研判、现场检查、一线督导,力争指挥体系集中统一高效运转。In facing the sudden and severe situation of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,the Second Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine insisted on giving top priority to the emergency management of epidemic prevention and control,and put forward scientific management countermeasures such as"understand fully,and improve the stance","strengthen training,and prevent and control scientifically","adjust the state,and refine the arrangement",etc..It will fight the epidemic in a scientific way,provide front-line services,provide all-out support,make overall plans,and make decisive decisions.It will also actively do a good job in collaborative scheduling,implement daily scheduling,real-time study and judgment,on-site inspection,and front-line supervision,and strive for centralized,unified and efficient operation of the command system.
