摘 要:为研究云南补木嘎高硫煤细菌脱硫的最优工艺条件,利用茫崖诺卡氏菌、格尔木马赛菌和恶臭假单胞菌,进行单因素及正交细菌脱硫实验。筛选出优势菌种为茫崖诺卡氏菌,最佳脱硫条件是:煤样粒度0.075~0.125 mm,接种量20 mL,煤浆浓度0.5 g/50 mL,培养基pH为8,培养温度28℃,脱硫时间14 d,在该条件下对云南补木嘎高硫煤的脱硫率为70.18%。响应面优化实验确定茫崖诺卡氏菌对云南补木嘎高硫煤的脱硫率与工艺参数之间的预测模型方程。工业分析及发热量结果显示,原煤经过茫崖诺卡氏菌处理后,水分和灰分均下降,挥发分和发热量均升高;红外分析结果显示,茫崖诺卡氏菌脱硫后,C-S伸缩振动峰减弱;X射线衍射分析结果显示,原煤及茫崖诺卡氏菌脱硫后的煤样均存在矿物相,如高岭石、石英和黄铁矿杂质,且原煤经微生物处理后,这些峰的强度均降低;热重分析结果显示,原煤及茫崖诺卡氏菌脱硫后的煤样具有相同的热失重趋势,均具有3个热失重阶段,且脱硫后的煤样在第2阶段的主峰温度均降低。研究结果证明茫崖诺卡氏菌具有较好的脱硫效果,说明原煤中硫分的脱除有利于煤的充分燃烧。In order to study the optimal process conditions for bacterial desulfurization of Bumuga high sulfur coal in Yunnan province,the single factor and orthogonal bacterial desulfurization experiments were carried out by using Nocardia mangyaensis(N.mangyaensis),Massilia golmudensis and Pseudomonas putida.The dominant strain was N.mangyaensis.The optimal desulfurization conditions were as follows:particle size of coal sample 0.075~0.125 mm,inoculation amount 20 mL,coal slurry concentration 0.5 g/50 mL,medium pH=8,culture temperature 28℃,and desulfurization time 14 d.Under these conditions,the highest desulfurization rate reached 70.18%.The prediction model equation between desulfurization rate and process parameters of Bumuga high sulfur coal was determined by response surface optimization experiment.The results of industrial analysis and calorific value showed that the moisture and ash content of raw coal decreased,and the volatile matter and calorific value increased after the raw coal was treated by N.mangyaensis.The results of FITR analysis indicated that compared with raw coal,the C-S stretching vibration peak in coal samples after desulfurization by N.mangyaensis weakened.X-ray diffraction analysis results demonstrated that the raw coal and coal samples desulfurized by N.mangyaensis both had mineral phases,such as kaolinite,quartz and pyrite impurities,and the intensity of all these peaks were reduced.Thermogravimetric analysis results showed that both raw coal and coal samples desulfurized by N.mangyaensis had the same trend of weight loss profile with three stages,while the main peak temperature of desulfurized coal samples decreased in the second stage.The above results confirmed a good desulfurization of N.mangyaensis which indicates that the removal of sulfur is beneficial to full combustion of the coal.
