摘　　要：目的系统评价桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗室性期前收缩的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Data)、维普资讯中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、PubMed和the Cochrane Library等数据库,搜集有关桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗室性期前收缩的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限设定为建库至2020年9月。由两名研究员按照纳入和排除标准独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和方法学质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入文献23篇,涉及病人1852例。Meta分析结果显示:桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗室性期前收缩总有效率[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.20,1.29),P<0.00001]、中医证候积分[MD=-4.30,95%CI(-5.41,-3.18),P<0.00001]、室性期前收缩次数[MD=-458.14,95%CI(-706.73,-209.54),P=0.0003]方面均优于常规治疗。结论现有证据表明,桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗室性期前收缩可提高临床疗效,降低中医证候积分,减少室性期前收缩次数。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beat.Methods The databases in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,and the Cochrane Library were searched.Randomized controlled trials(RCT)of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beats were collected,and the retrieval time was set from their-establishment to September 2020.Two researchers independently conducted literatures screening,data extraction and methodological quality evaluation according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.RevMan 5.3 statistical software was used for Meta-analysis.Results Finally,23 articles were included,involving 1852 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed that:the total effective rate[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.20,1.29),P<0.00001],traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM)score[MD=-4.30,95%CI(-5.41,-3.18),P<0.00001],and the number of ventricular premature beat[MD=-458.14,95%CI(-706.73,-209.54),P=0.0003]in the treatment group ventricular premature beat were better than that in conventional treatment group.Conclusion The existing evidence shows that Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beat can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the TCM syndrome score,and reduce the number of ventricular prephase contraction.
