某高层综合楼外墙外保温系统火灾事故调查与启示

摘　　要：近年来,高层建筑外墙外保温系统火灾事故频发。从某高层综合楼外墙外保温系统火灾事故调查入手,介绍起火时间、起火部位和起火点的认定,分析起火原因和造成火灾蔓延扩大的成因。针对现行外墙保温材料标准规范出台前,采用易燃可燃外墙保温材料的高层建筑已大量存在且改造困难的现状,在不更换外墙保温材料情况下,提出包覆易燃外墙保温材料、严禁管道穿越易燃外墙保温材料、确保防火间距、提高控火灭火性能、规范建筑外墙设备安装、加大宣传力度等方面的补救措施与建议。In recent years,the fire accidents in the exterior walls external insulation system of high-rise buildings occur frequently.Starting with the fire accident investigation for the exterior walls external insulation system of a high-rise complex building,the author introduces how to determine the time,location,origin of fire,and then analyzes the cause and the spread of the fire.Targeting the large number of high-rise buildings using flammable and combustible exterior walls insulation materials before the current standard specification for exterior walls insulation materials was promulgated,this paper proposes some remedies and countermeasures without replacing exterior walls insulation materials,including cladding the flammable insulation materials,prohibiting pipelines to cross such materials,ensuring fire separation distance,improving fire control and extinguishing performance,regulating the installment of equipment on the external walls and stepping up publicity efforts.
