消防体制改革背景下寒冷地区新入职消防员教育训练

摘　　要：新入职消防员教育训练是消防救援队伍迈向职业化、专业化的基础环节。高质量的教育训练将会为消防救援队伍建设提供坚实的人才保障。由于寒冷地区气候对训练工作影响较大,对整体教育训练工作提出挑战。从创新训练模式、完善考核认证体系、构建训练环境等方面,就寒冷地区如何开展好新入职消防员教育训练工作进行探讨。Superior education and training will provide a solid talent guarantee for the construction of fire rescue teams,since the education and training of new firefighters is the basis for building the specialized and professional team.Because the temperature and condition have great influence on training in cold areas,posing a challenge to the whole education work,this paper discusses the education and training of firefighter recruits in cold areas in terms of innovating training mode,perfecting assessment system and constructing training environment.
