摘　　要：代理投票是指选民授权代理者完成投票过程。量子代理投票作为量子投票研究分支,具有对抗量子计算攻击的优势。本文基于量子令牌的思想,设计了一种新型安全的量子代理投票协议。协议中选民使用移位算子将选票信息赋予在量子令牌上,并交给代理者,由代理者参与监票和计票,从而更好地保护选民的隐私。协议的最后还增加了公示阶段,所有选民都可以验证自身的选票是否被正确统计。这不仅保障了选民信息的匿名性,还使选举过程更加透明和公平。The voting protocol refers to voters authorized agents to complete the process.As a branch of quantum voting research,quantum proxy voting has the advantage of resisting quantum computing attacks.A new and secure quantum proxy voting protocol is proposed based on quantum token.In the protocol,voters use the shift operator to assign voting information to the quantum token,and then hand it to the agent,who participates in the monitoring and counting stage,so as to better protect the privacy of voters.At the end of the agreement,a publicity phase is added so that all voters could verify whether their votes are counted correctly.This not only ensures the anonymity of voter information,but also makes the election process more transparent and fair.
