摘  要:表面等离子体共振(Surface plasmon resonance,SPR)传感器具有灵敏度高、响应速度快和抗干扰等特点,在生物传感、环境监测和食品安全等方面得到广泛应用。以波长调制型SPR传感器为研究对象,对波长调制型SPR反射功率谱进行仿真,运用Matlab软件中的GUIDE模块建立可调节参量的波长调制型SPR传感器仿真界面,实现可视化虚拟实验平台的设计和开发。构造高灵敏度SPR传感器的前提是对系统各层材料、入射角和入射波长等参数进行优化设计,所研究虚拟实验平台可以通过数值模拟分析SPR传感器的性能及最优化参数,以此来对传感器的系统和结构进行改进和设计。Surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensor has the characteristics of high sensitivity,fast response speed,anti-interference and so on.It is widely used in biosensors,environmental monitoring,food safety and other aspects.The wavelength modulated SPR sensor is taken as the research object,and the reflected power spectrum of the wavelength modulated SPR is simulated.The GUIDE module in Matlab software is used to establish the design and calculation interface of the wavelength modulated SPR sensor with adjustable parameters,realize the design of visual virtual experiment platform.The prerequisite for constructing an SPR sensor is to optimize the design of the system’s various layers of materials,incident angle,incident wavelength and other parameters.The platform in this article can analyze the performance and optimization parameters of the SPR sensor through numerical simulation,so as to improve the system and structure of the sensor.
