荨麻汤联合刺络放血疗法治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹43例临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹(CU)患者应用荨麻汤联合刺络放血疗法治疗的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将2020年1月至2021年12月收治于南昌市洪都中医院86例CU分为两组,各43例。对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪片治疗,观察组增加荨麻汤联合刺络放血疗法治疗。对两组临床疗效、主要症状积分、炎症因子水平及不良反应进行评估。结果:连续治疗4周后,临床总有效率观察组高于对照组;主要症状积分及白介素4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子α水平(TNF-α)水平观察组低于对照组;均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗期间两组未见明显不良反应。结论:血虚风燥型CU患者应用荨麻汤联合刺络放血疗法可改善临床症状,减轻炎症反应,具有良好的效果及安全性,利于患者预后。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of xunma decoction combined with bloodletting therapy in patients with chronic urticaria(CU)due to blood deficiency and wind-dryness.Methods:In this study,86 CU patients admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with xunma decoction combined with collateral pricking and bloodletting therapy.The clinical efficacy,main symptom scores,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were evaluated in the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the main symptom scores and the levels of interleukin 4(IL-4)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.There were statistical difference(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Application of xunma decoction combined with bloodletting therapy in CU patients with blood deficiency and wind-dryness type can improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,has good effect and safety,and is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
