摘  要:化肥的使用对于农业生产而言可谓是提高产量、改善作物品质的有效方法。为提高化肥在农业产出效率方面的作用,化肥催化剂逐渐被应用。但从安全性的角度上来看,化肥催化剂在活性检测中其高温高压环境、自动化程度高、非标准设备使用较多的特点往往伴随着一定的危险性。为了更好地研究分析化肥催化剂在活性检测中的危险因素,总结检测过程中安全防范工作要点,本文根据化肥催化剂的特性重点针对高温高压环境、产生的易燃易爆气体等危险因素展开讨论,为化肥催化剂的发展和应用提供依据和建议。The use of chemical fertilizers is a very effective method to increase yield and improve crop quality for agricultural production.In order to improve the role of chemical fertilizers in agricultural output efficiency,chemical fertilizer catalysts are gradually applied in the process of use,but from the perspective of safety,chemical fertilizer catalysts are used in high temperature and high pressure environment,high degree of automation,and non-standard equipment in activity detection.More characteristics are often accompanied by certain risks.In order to study and analyze the risk factors of chemical fertilizer catalysts in the activity detection,and summarize the main points of safety precautions in the detection process,the article will focus on the high temperature and high pressure environment,the production of flammable and explosive gases and other risk factors according to the characteristics of chemical fertilizer catalysts,which can provide basis and suggestions for the development and application of fertilizer catalysts.
