摘　　要：本文介绍了对特种设备安全技术规范开展评估的目的和意义。针对安全技术规范的特点,提出其评估维度的确定原则,给出了评估指标体系建立及其权重系数计算的方法,形成多层次多指标的定性定量相结合的综合评估方法。通过对相关安全技术规范进行评估实际应用,验证了评估方法的有效性和可操作性,为进一步完善特种设备安全技术规范评估机制提供了有益借鉴。This paper introduces the purpose and significance of evaluating the safety technical regulation of special equipment.According to the characteristics of safety technical regulation,the principle of determining the evaluation dimensions is put forward,and the method of establishing the evaluation index system and calculating the weight coefficient is given,so as to form a comprehensive evaluation method combining qualitative and quantitative indexes at multiple levels.The effectiveness of the evaluation method is verified by the practical application of related safety technical regulation,which provides beneficial reference for further improving the evaluation mechanism of special equipment safety technical regulations.
