改良自制简易封闭式负压吸引装置在难愈性创面治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良自制简易封闭式负压吸引装置在难愈性创面治疗中的应用效果。方法:采用回顾性研究对51例难愈性创面患者采用改良的自制简易封闭式负压吸引装置治疗,每6~7 d进行再次清创并更换负压装置直到创面愈合或者无明显效果时停止。记录创面愈合时间、是否感染、是否行手术治疗、有无并发症、疼痛程度及住院时间,观察外观及功能恢复情况。结果:通过12~44 d,平均23.1 d负压吸引治疗后,49例患者创面完全愈合,2例褥疮患者创面有所好转经皮瓣转移手术治愈,手术率3.9%;感染创面经负压吸引治疗2~3次后培养结果为阴性,无新增的感染创面;患者均对治疗结果满意。结论:改良自制简易封闭式负压吸引装置是治疗难愈性创面的简单、经济、有效方法,值得在各级医疗机构推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of improved self-made simple closed negative pressure suction device in the treatment of refractory wounds.Methods 51 cases with refractory wound were treated by improved self-made simple closed negative pressure suction device.Repeated debridement and placement of suction until wound repaired or invalid every 6-7 d.The wound healing time,infection,surgical treatment,complications,pain degree and hospital stay were recorded,and the appearance and functional recovery were observed.Results After 12-44 d,with an average of 23.1 d,the wounds of 49 patients were completely healed,and the wounds of 2 patients with bedsore were improved.The operation rate was 3.9%.After negative pressure suction treatment for 2-3 times,the culture result of infected wound was negative,and there was no new infected wound.All patients were satisfied with the treatment results.Conclusion The improved self-made simple closed negative pressure suction device is a simple,economic and effective method for the treatment of refractory wounds,which is worth popularizing and applying in medical institutions at all levels.
