摘  要:目的:探讨自体肋软骨结构性支撑移植在唇裂术后继发鼻畸形矫治中的应用。方法:2019年4月-2020年6月对6例唇裂术后继发鼻畸形患者使用自体肋软骨移植矫治鼻畸形,通过术前,术后照片对比进行效果评价。结果:6例患者,随访时间3~12个月,术后均取得了良好的鼻形态,无感染、排异和变形等并发症。结论:自体肋软骨为唇裂术后继发鼻畸形的矫治提供了充足的软骨支架来源,支撑力量强,术后效果稳定,在矫正严重鼻畸形能取得良好的效果。Objective To explore the application of autologous costal cartilage structural transplantation in the correction of nasal deformity secondary to cleft lip.Methods From April 2019 to June 2020,6 patients with secondary rhinoplasty after cleft lip surgery were treated with autogenous costal cartilage transplantation.The effect was evaluated by comparing the photos before and after operation Results All the 6 patients were followed up for 3 months to 12 months,and good nasal morphology was obtained without infection,rejection,deformation and other complications.Conclusion Autogenous costal cartilage provides sufficient cartilage support for the correction of secondary rhinoplasty after cleft lip surgery,which has strong support strength and stable effect after operation.It can achieve good results in the correction of severe rhinoplasty.
