美国整形外科专科医师规范化培训制度对我国整形外科专科医师培训体系建设的启示

摘　　要：专科医师培训制度在美国高度体系化与规范化,美国整形外科专科医师培训制度(Fellowship)为医师提供了在整形外科各亚专业进一步学习和深造的机会,也为各学术机构输送了大量临床和科研实力兼备的优秀人才,而我国整形外科培训体系中与之对应的培训制度尚不完善。本文基于自己的访学经历详细介绍了美国整形外科专科医师培训的目标、内容、形式及基本要求,并结合我国整形外科专科医师培训现状进行分析,期待为我国整形外科专科医师培训提供参考与借鉴。Fellowship training for specialists is highly systemized and institutionalized in the US.Plastic Surgery Fellowship provides plastic surgeons advanced training opportunity and experience.Meanwhile,plastic surgeons who have gone through fellowship program are welcomed by academic institution since they are believed to be well trained both in clinical and research skills.However,there is no systematic training system for plastic surgeons in China.In this article,we introduced the objective,content and form of fellowship training for plastic surgery in the US,as well as analyzed the current training system of plastic surgeons in China,hoping it could be a reference for the establishment of domestic fellowship training in China.
