摘  要:为完善东方百合繁育技术体系,以‘西伯利亚’为试材,研究了不同消毒药剂、激素处理、基质配方对百合鳞片繁殖的影响,利用隶属函数法对不同处理的各项指标进行综合评价。结果表明:东方百合‘西伯利亚’鳞片再生小鳞茎最佳消毒药剂为咪鲜胺锰盐1000 mg/L;最佳外源激素处理为SA200 mg/L;包埋基质为草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=6∶2∶1最有利于提高小鳞茎的繁殖系数,基质为椰糠更有利于生成较大规格的鳞茎。In order to improve the scale propagation technology system of oriental lily,'Siberia'was used as test material to study the effects of different disinfectants,hormone treatment and matrix formula on the scale propagation of lily,and the indexes of different treatments were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that the best disinfectant for bulblet propagation of oriental lily'Siberia'was prochloraz manganese salt 1000 mg/L;the best exogenous hormone treatment was SA 200 mg/L;the embedding matrix was peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=6∶2∶1,which was conducive to improving the propagation coefficient of small bulbs,and the matrix was coconut chaff which was more advantageous generated larger bulbs.
