薯蓣丸加味制膏辅助治疗缺铁性贫血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究薯蓣丸加味制膏辅助治疗缺铁性贫血(IDA)的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月至2021年12月新疆医科大学附属中医医院IDA患者67例,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组(33例)、研究组(34例)。常规组采用多糖铁复合物胶囊,研究组在常规组基础上采用薯蓣丸加味制膏辅助治疗。比较两组治疗8周后的临床效果,比较治疗前、治疗8周后中医证候积分及血液指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清总铁结合力(TIBC)],统计治疗期间不良反应。结果研究组临床疗效优于常规组(P<0.05);治疗8周后中医证候积分低于治疗前,且研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后Hb、RBC、SF高于治疗前,且研究组高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗8周后TIBC低于治疗前,且研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论薯蓣丸加味制膏辅助治疗IDA效果显著,能降低中医证候积分,改善血液指标,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To study the clinical effect of the ointment of modified Shuyu Pills adjunctive treatnent of iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods A total of 67 IDA patients in Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xinjiang Medical University from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected and they were divided into routine group(33 cases)and study group(34 cases)according to random number table method.The conventional group was treated with Polysaccharide Iron Compound Capsules,and the research group was treated with the ointment of modified Shuyu Pills adjuvant therapy.The curative effect was compared between the two groups after eight weeks of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and blood indicators(hemoglobin[Hb],red blood cell count[RBC],serum ferritin[SF],total iron-binding capacity[TIBC])were compared before and after eight weeks of treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were counted.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After eight weeks of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score was lower than that before treatment,and the study group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After eight weeks of treatment,Hb,RBC,and SF were higher than those before treatment,and the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After eight weeks of treatment,TIBC was lower than that before treatment,and the study group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the ointment of modified Shuyu Pills adjunctive treatment of IDA is significant,which can reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,improve blood index and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
