中药穴位敷贴治疗高龄骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者经皮椎体成形术围手术期腹胀便秘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位敷贴治疗高龄骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者经皮椎体成形术围手术期腹胀便秘的临床效果。方法选取在2019年12月至2020年12月石家庄市中医院骨科收治的100例行经皮椎体成形术后围手术期的高龄OVCF患者,所有患者均接受经皮椎体成形术治疗,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用安慰剂穴位敷贴,观察组采用中药穴位敷贴。治疗5 d后,比较两组肠鸣音次数、Wexner便秘评分、Bristol粪便性状评分。结果治疗后,两组肠鸣音次数、Bristol粪便性状评分均高于治疗前,Wexner便秘评分低于治疗前,且观察组肠鸣音次数、Bristol粪便性状评分高于对照组,Wexner便秘评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄OVCF患者经皮椎体成形术围手术期采用中药穴位敷贴可增强其胃肠功能,改善便秘症状,提高患者舒适度,具有一定的实用意义。Objective To explore clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on percutaneous vertebroplasty for abdominal distention and constipation in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)during perioperative period.Methods A total of 100 elderly OVCF patients during perioperative period after percutaneous vertebroplasty admitted to Department of Orthopaedics of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected.All patients received percutaneous vertebroplasty and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with placebo acupoint application,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application.After five days of treatment,the frequency of bowel sounds,Wexner constipation score,and Bristol fecal traits score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the number of bowel sounds and Bristol fecal traits score in both groups were higher than before,Wexner constipation score was lower than before,and the number of bowel sounds and Bristol fecal traits score in the observation group were higher than the control group,and Wexner constipation score was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of percutaneous vertebroplasty for elderly patients with OVCF,traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can enhance their gastrointestinal function,improve constipation symptoms,and enhance patient comfort,which has certain practical significance.
