高校安全事故原因分析与安全教育策略研究

摘　　要：为保障学生的生命及心理健康,减少高校校园事故的发生,基于事故致因“2-4”模型分析70起校园安全事故发生的原因,并制定校园安全教育策略。分析结果显示:火灾是发生次数最多的事故类型,地点集中在宿舍,以人员受伤为主;事故发生与时间有关,5和10月高发;将校园安全事故原因归纳为政府原因、社会原因、学校原因和学生原因4个层面,并针对事故发生的原因提出国家、学校、个人、家庭“四位一体”的校园安全教育策略。In order to protect the life and mental health of students and reduce the occurrence of campus accidents in colleges and universities,the24Model is used to analyze the causes of70campus safety accidents and formulate campus safety education strategies. The analysis results show that fires are the type of accidents that occur the most frequently,and the location is concentrated in dormitories,mainly personnel injuries;that the occurrence of accidents are related to time,and the incidence is high in May and October;and that the causes of campus safety accidents are summarized into four levels:government reasons,social reasons,school reasons and student reasons. The " four-in-one" campus safety education strategy of the state,schools,individuals and families is proposed according to the accident causes.
