裸花紫珠胶囊联合头孢曲松钠治疗妊娠尿路感染的效果及对阴道微生态妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究裸花紫珠胶囊联合头孢曲松钠治疗妊娠尿路感染的效果及对阴道微生态、妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的84例妊娠尿路感染患者作为研究对象,简单随机化分为观察组、对照组,各42例。对照组采用头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组采用裸花紫珠胶囊联合头孢曲松钠治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后症状评分、炎症因子水平[降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血红素氧化酶1(HO-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)]、阴道微生态情况(菌群密集度、菌群多样性、p H值)、妊娠结局、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率95.24%较对照组78.57%高,不良妊娠结局发生率4.76%较对照组21.43%低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组症状评分、血清PCT、CRP、HO-1、IL-6水平较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组菌群密集度、菌群多样性、pH值优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:裸花紫珠胶囊联合头孢曲松钠治疗妊娠尿路感染效果显著,可有效促使症状、阴道微生态改善,减轻炎症,在确保安全性的同时有助于避免不良妊娠结局。Objective:To explore the effect of Nucleus Zizhu Capsule combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of pregnancy urinary tract infection and its influence on vaginal microecology and pregnancy outcome.Methods:A total of 84 pregnant urinary tract infection patients admitted to our hospital from January2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the simple randomization,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium,and the observation group was treated with Nudehua Zizhu Capsules combined with ceftriaxone sodium.The curative effect,symptom scores,levels of inflammatory factors[procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),heme oxidase 1(HO-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)],vaginal micro-ecological conditions[density of flora,diversity of flora,pH value],pregnancy outcome before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,symptom score,serum PCT,CRP,HO-1,and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the density,diversity and pH value of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nucleus Zizhu Capsules combined with ceftriaxone sodium has a significant effect on the treatment of pregnancy urinary tract infections.It can effectively promote the improvement of symptoms and vaginal microecology,reduce body inflammation,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes while ensuring safety.
