摘  要:当前的追溯系统处理追溯任务消息时队列易出现混乱问题,导致最终追溯系统匹配信息时的效率偏低。针对这种情况,设计基于大数据拓扑设计的烟草生产全流程质量智慧追溯系统。硬件设计包括烟草生产控制器结构,以电机作为驱动,构建大数据采集拓扑电路。软件部分以烟草生产线制定的规格参数作为处理对象,标记质量参数。利用Storm抽象处理标记过程为数据流,构建一个并行处理追溯消息队列,控制追溯任务执行过程,最终完成智慧追溯系统设计。实验结果表明,所设计的智慧追溯系统匹配效率最大。In view of the problem that the current traceability system is prone to queue confusion in processing traceability task messages,which leads to low efficiency of matching information in the final traceability system,a traceability system based on big data topology design for the whole process of tobacco production quality wisdom is designed.The hardware design includes the structure of the tobacco production controller,using the motor as the driver,and constructing the big data collection topology circuit.In the software part,the specification parameters of the tobacco production line are taken as the processing object and the quality parameters are marked.Storm is used to abstract the processing marking process as data stream,and a parallel processing traceability message queue is built to control the execution process of traceability task.The intelligent traceability system design is completed.The experimental results show that the matching efficiency of the intelligent traceability system is the highest.
