摘　　要：利用基因变异作为工具变量来推断暴露与结局关联性的研究称为孟德尔随机化(MR)研究。孟德尔随机化研究报告规范(STROBE-MR)旨在提高MR研究的透明度和报告质量。为更好地理解、传播和应用STROBE-MR报告规范,本文对其进行解读。Mendelian randomization(MR)studies use genetic variants as instrumental variables to explore the effects of exposures on health outcomes.STROBE-MR(strengthening the reporting of observational studies in epidemiology using Mendelian randomization)assists authors in reporting their MR studies clearly and transparently,and helpfully to improve the quality of MR.This paper interpreted the STROBE-MR,aiming to help Chinese scholars better understand,disseminate,and apply it.
