现场制氟纯化及氟氮混合气体充装技术的研究

摘　　要：高纯氟气的生产是将电解槽电解产生的粗氟,经过特殊的工艺处理,除掉含量较高的氟化氢,使之纯化成为高纯氟气。从工艺角度探讨了如何处理氟气中的氟化氢,即将电解槽产出的普通氟气通过物理、化学方法纯化,除去大部分气体氟化氢,获得纯度达到99.0%的高纯氟气。然后将所制备的高纯氟气与氮气或其他惰性气体按一定比例混装,通过分压法来实现混合气的充装,可根据需求与配气混合,广泛应用于电子、新材料、航空航天、医药卫生等领域。The production of high-purity fluorine is the crude fluorine produced by the electrolysis cell electrolysis,and after special process treatment,the higher content of hydrogen fluoride is removed and purified into high-purity fluorine.This paper discusses how to deal with hydrogen fluoride in fluorine from the process point of view,that is,the ordinary fluorine produced by the electrolytic cell is purified by physical and chemical methods,and most of the gas hydrogen fluoride is removed to obtain high-purity fluorine with a purity of 99.0%.Then the prepared high-purity fluorine gas and nitrogen or other inert gases are mixed in a certain proportion,and the mixed gas is filled by the partial pressure method,which can be mixed with the gas distribution according to the needs,and is widely used in electronics,new materials,aerospace,medicine and health and other fields.
