摘　　要：重点阐述了同向双螺杆挤出机的螺杆组成结构,同时剖析并探究了同向双螺杆挤出机的输送、剪切特征及混合特点;对比了同向双螺杆挤出机的主要特性参数后,为构建对同向双螺杆挤出机混炼效果的综合评价方法 ,提出了理论基础。The screw structure of the co-rotating twin-screw extruder is emphasized,and analyzes and studies the conveying,shearing and mixing properties of the co-rotating twin-screw extrude;The main performance parameters of the co-rotating twin-screw extrude were compared,and the theoretical and practical basis was provided for establishing the evaluation system of the mixing and extrusion effect of the co-rotating twin-screw extrude.
