摘　　要：介绍了一种耐蒸煮高阻隔包装膜的应用研究。通过研究其制备的阻隔涂层技术,进行阻隔涂层技术配方的调整试验表征,对制膜后的耐屈扰性和蒸煮前后的阻隔性能对比,分析其高阻氧性能和阻水性能;试验测试揉搓 40 次,旋转角度 30 °;高温 121 ℃及 2 个大气压下蒸煮 40 min;制备的耐蒸煮高阻隔包装膜阻隔性能优异(蒸煮后透氧率≤ 0.5 cc/(m^(2)·d),透水率≤ 1.0 g/(m^(2)·d)),并具有良好的适宜高热杀菌处理的耐性。This paper introduces the application research of a retort-resistant high-barrier packaging film.By studying the barrier coating technology prepared by the barrier coating,the adjustment test and characterization of the technical formulation of the barrier coating were carried out,and the flex resistance after film formation and the barrier properties before and after cooking were compared,and the high oxygen barrier properties and water barrier properties were analyzed;The test was rubbed for 40 times,the rotation angle was 30°;the high temperature was 121℃ and 2 atmospheres of pressure for 40 minutes;the prepared retort-resistant high-barrier packaging film had excellent barrier properties(the oxygen permeability after cooking was ≤0.5 cc/(m^(2)·d),and the water permeability was ≤ 1.0 g/(m^(2)·d)),and has good resistance to high heat sterilization treatment.
