摘 要:人工湿地是近年来广泛应用的综合效益极高的综合生态水处理系统,其中微生物是湿地系统中不可或缺的组成部分,且活性易受温度的影响从而使运行效果受限。基于当前对低温微生物的分布及活性特征的研究,本文归纳了当前通过分离筛选耐低温菌株强化低温人工湿地运行效果等方面的进展,并在此基础上提出并分析耐低温微生物复合菌剂在低温湿地运行中应用及可能遇到的问题,以期为该领域的研究和应用提供理论支撑和技术参考。Constructed wetland was a comprehensive ecological water treatment system with high comprehensive benefits,the microorganism was an indispensable part,and its activitywas easily affected by temperature,which limited its operation.Based on the current research on the distribution and activity characteristics of low temperature micro-organisms,the current progress in the isolation and screening of low temperature resistant strains to enhance the performance of low temperature constructed wetlands was summarized.On this basis,the application and possible problems of low temperature resistant microbial composite microbial agent in low temperature wetland operation were put forward and analyzed in order to provide theoretical support and technical reference for the research and application in this fi eld.
