湿式静电除尘器在生石灰消化废气治理上的应用

摘　　要：我国科技水平在不断提升,环境污染和治理等方面也取得了较大的进步,目前已经有各种先进的仪器和设备投入到环境治理的技术中,湿式静电除尘器(WESP)就是其中一种。该设备可以有效捕捉粉尘,实现国家的排放标准要求。而且,湿式静电除尘器具有明显的脱除效果,可以对排放烟气中的一些细微物质,如黏性粉尘、烟气中的酸雾、气溶胶、重金属等污染物进行处理,所以可以将其作为深度处理大气污染物的高效设备,在污染物的减排和治理方面也能得到充分应用。本文针对湿式静电除尘器的技术特点以及应用进行了分析,以促进该设备在生石灰消化废气治理方面的有效运用。China’s scientific and technological level is constantly improving,and great progress has been made in environmental pollution and treatment.At present,various advanced instruments and equipment have been put into the technology of environmental treatment.Wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP)is one of them,which can effectively capture dust and meet the requirements of national emission standards.Moreover,the wet electrostatic precipitator has obvious removal effect,and can treat some fi ne substances in the discharged fl ue gas,such as viscous dust,acid mist,aerosol,heavy metal and other pollutants,so it can be used as an effi cient equipment for advanced treatment of air pollutants.Therefore,it has been fully applied in the emission reduction and treatment of pollutants.In this paper,the technical characteristics and application of wet electrostatic precipitator are analyzed to promote the effective application of the equipment in the treatment of quicklime digestion waste gas.
