摘  要:本文运用电导检测离子色谱法对清洁地表水和地下水中碘化物的测定进行研究,本实验讨论了色谱条件的优化,采用瑞士万通A Supp 5~150/4.0阴离子分离柱和阴离子保护柱,6 mmol/L Na2 CO3为淋洗液,色谱柱温度为50℃,用淋洗液配制碘化物标准溶液,用抑制型电导检测器检测碘化物。相关系数:R=0.9999;检出限0.002 mg/L;加标回收率:92%~120%;精密度:1.2%~5.0%。结果表明:该方法检出限低、分析时间短、灵敏度高,操作简便可行,适用于清洁水中碘化物的测定。The determination of iodide in clean surface water and groundwater was studied by conductivity detection ion chromatography.The optimization of chromatographic conditions was discussed in this experiment.The anion separation column and anion protection column of Swiss Wantong a supp 5~150/4.0 were used,6 mmol/L Na2 CO3 was used as eluent,the chromatographic column temperature was 50℃,the standard solution of iodide was prepared with eluent,and the inhibitory conductivity detector was used to detect iodide.Correlation coefficient:R=0.9999;The detection limit is 0.002 mg/L;Recovery rate of standard addition:92%~120%;Precision:1.2%~5.0%.The results show that the method has the advantages of low detection limit,short analysis time,hig h sensitivity,simple and feasible operation,and is suitable for the determination of iodide in clean water.
