摘　　要：目前,节能减排渗透在生活的方方面面,对人们的生产、生活发挥着重大作用。所以,积极转变思维,通过运用多种节能减排方式,才能够更好地实现持久推动节能减排目标,不断促进社会经济的可持续、稳定增长。Under the standard of environmental engineering technical specifi cations,although the energy conservation and emission reduction work has achieved some results,but also encountered a series of problems,whether it is life and economic development,or ecological environment protection,or social sustainable development,all need to actively pay attention to the relevant information of energy conservation and emission reduction.At present,the energy conservation and emission reduction activities penetration in all aspects of life,for people’s production and living activities play an important role,actively change thinking,using a variety of operation mode of energy conservation and emission reduction,adopt the development mode of innovative thinking,can lasting promote energy conservation and emission reduction activities in production and development,constantly promote the sustainable and stable growth of social economy.
