老年病专科医院卫生服务质量的评价研究

摘　　要：目的了解老年病医院服务质量,分析其影响因素。方法随机抽取720例老年病患者为研究对象,采用PCAT-AS量表调查其对专科医院医疗卫生服务质量的评价情况,运用多元线性回归分析PCAT-AS得分的影响因素。结果不同“文化程度、平均年收入、参保类型、自评健康状况、患老年病种数、家庭医师签约情况、医疗机构选择、专科医疗卫生机构就诊费用、专科医疗卫生服务满意度”的老年病患者PCAT-AS得分具有统计学意义(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析表明:“不同文化程度、家庭医师签约情况、专科医疗卫生机构就诊费用评价、专科医疗卫生服务满意度”是老年病患者PCAT-AS得分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年病医院服务质量有待提升。Objective To explore the service quality of geriatric disease hospitals and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 720 elderly patients were randomly chosen and PCAT-AS scale was used to survey the quality of medical services in specialized hospitals.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of PCAT-AS scores.Results The difference in education level,average annual income,type of insurance,self-assessed health status,number of geriatric diseases,contract of family physicians,choice of medical institutions,medical expenses and satisfaction of elderly patients showed statistical significance in PCAT-AS score(P<0.01).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that different education levels,contract of family physicians,medical expenses and satisfaction were important influencing factors of PCAT-AS score(P<0.05).Conclusion The service quality of geriatric disease hospitals needs to be improved.
