摘 要:为了研究发光材料在公路工程领域应用的可行性及其发光性能优劣,以耐水性包覆后的SrAl_(2)O_(4):Eu^(2+),Dy^(+)为发光材料,水溶性丙烯酸树脂为基料等物质混合制备一种长余辉发光材料用于道路荧光涂层中的发光层,通过余辉性能试验分析颜基比(即发光颜料与水溶性丙烯酸树脂的质量比)与发光层发光性能之间的关系,并通过试验分析了固化剂用量及涂膜厚度对发光层性能的影响规律,从而得出发光层材料的最佳配合比。参考复合式超疏水抗凝冰涂层的设计思路、层铺法的施工方式,设计了一种专用于公路工程的复合结构荧光涂层,根据不同条件下的试验现象和试验结果,参考规范以表面硬度、耐磨性、附着力、耐水性、耐热性等指标评价荧光涂层的基本性能,在不同天气状况下进行余辉性能试验,并考察了涂层的抗滑性能和层间黏结性能,以探究复合结构荧光涂层在荧光道路中的可行性。研究结果表明:当颜基比为1∶1、固化剂质量与发光层材料总质量比为1∶4时,发光层材料发光性能、物理机械性能良好;增加发光层涂膜厚度可以在一定程度上提高发光层的余辉性能,发光均匀性也得到改善,但提升效果有限;综合考虑材料的基本性能和发光性能,确定发光层材料的最佳配合比。以此制备的复合结构荧光涂层在表面硬度、耐磨性、附着力、耐水性、耐热性等方面均符合规范要求,发光时长可达7 h以上,抗滑性能和层间黏结性能也满足标准要求。该路面复合结构以SrAl_(2)O_(4):(Eu^(2+),Dy^(+))为发光材料制备的发光层应用于道路中,兼具环境效益和社会效益,验证了其在道路建设中的可行性。In order to study the luminescence performance of luminescent materials in highway engineering,long afterglow luminescence paints for fluorescent coating were prepared with strontium aluminate(SrAl_(2)O_(4):Eu^(2+),Dy^(+))luminescent materials by surface modified and the acrylic resin etc.The effects of the factors that different ratios of the luminescent powder and the resin,different dosage of the curing agent and different thicknesses of the coating film on the properties of the luminescent layer were studied,and the mixture ratio of luminescent layer materials was optimized.A composite pavement structure was built based on the super-hydrophobic anti-icing coating and the construction method of spreading on layers.The basic properties of the fluorescent coating were evaluated by surface hardness,wear resistance,adhesion and other indexes with reference to the specifications.Furthermore,the afterglow performance tests were carried out under both different weather conditions,and the skid resistance and adhesion between layers of the coating were also studied,so as to explore the feasibility of the composite fluorescent coating.The results show that the luminescent layer materials prepared with the pigment-to-binder ratio of 1∶1 and the curing agent to coating mass ratio of 1∶4 have better performance.The luminescent properties can be obviously improved by adding the coating thickness to some extent and when the thickness of coating is 1.13 mm,the luminous layer have better performance.At the same time,the working performance of the composite structure such as rigidity and water resistance are significantly improved,in which the remaining performance indexes can simultaneously meet the relevant requirements.It is economical and socially beneficial to use the composite pavement structure for self-luminescent road,and it has certain reference value for the design of fluorescent coating.9 tabs,14 figs,35 refs.
