摘 要:针对平面-球面配置下液桥力的检测需求,提出一种基于图像处理的液桥力检测方法。建立平面-球面液桥作用模型,设计基于图像处理的液桥力检测流程。基于Shi-Tomasi角点检测的液桥端点识别方法,确定液桥端点,限定液桥轮廓区域,并对目标液桥轮廓进行抛物线拟合,求解液桥力。搭建实验测量装置,通过对比实验,分析基于图像处理液桥力检测的执行进程和检测精度。8组实验样本的检测结果表明,平面-球面配置下的液桥平均检测精度为1.08μN,该方法能够实现液桥力的有效检测。Aiming at the detection of liquid bridge force between a plane and a sphere,a detection method based on image processing is proposed.The liquid bridge model was established,and a detection process for liquid bridge force based on image processing was designed.The terminal identification method of liquid bridge based on Shi-Tomasi corner detection was proposed to extract the contour of liquid bridge.The liquid bridge contour area was imited.Curve fitting on the target liquid bridge contour was carried out to solve the capillary force of liquid bridge.An experimental measurement device was built,and the comparative analysis was performed to analyze the execution process and detection accuracy of the proposed detection method based on image processing.The test results of 8 experimental samples show that the average detection accuracy of the liquid bridge is 1.08μN under the plane-spherical configuration.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by experiments.
