摘 要:为对子项目间存在交互耦合关联的工程项目群进行优选决策,基于前景理论以规范化处理后的决策矩阵确定正、负理想参照点;基于垂面距离计算各备选工程项目群在单个准则下的前景价值,以所有备选工程项目群的综合前景值总和最大化构建非线性规划模型确定各准则权重;基于改进TODIM方法通过总优势度对备选工程项目群排序择优,经灵敏度分析、对比分析探讨各类型参数变化对排序结果的影响,验证该决策方法的有效性与可行性。In order to deal with optimal decision problem of engineering project group with interactive coupling correlation among sub-projects, the positive and negative ideal reference points are determined by the normalized decision matrix based on prospect theory. Based on the vertical distance, the prospect value of each alternative engineering project group under a single criterion is calculated, a nonlinear programming model is built to maximize the sum of the comprehensive prospect value of all the alternative engineering project groups to determine the weight of each criterion. The ranking of alternative engineering projects is selected based on improved TODIM method and according to the total superiority degree. Through sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis, the influence of different parameters on the ranking results is discussed, to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the decision making method.
