摘　　要：针对数字版权保护问题,充分考虑版权所有者等其他因素,提出了完整的版权协议保护框架。框架包括版权注册子协议、版权转让子协议、使用权转让子协议、交易子协议、盗版跟踪仲裁协议五个方面。协议不仅保障数字作品使用的合法性、交易的公平性,而且减轻第三方版权认证中心负担。在此协议框架下,对数字水印图像状态转换图进行深度优先遍历,验证每个状态转换的可行性。结果表明所提出的协议具有较强的可靠性。The problem of digital copyright protection is becoming more serious. Considering the owner of copyright and other factors, a framework of digital copyright protection is proposed. The framework includes copyright registration sub-protocol,copyright transfer sub-protocol, the transfer of the right to use sub-protocol, the transaction sub-protocol, and piracy tracking arbitration protocol. These protocols not only guarantee the legality of the use of digital works and the fairness of transaction, but also reduce the burden of the third party CA. Depth-first traversal is carried out on the state transition graph of digital watermarking image to verify the feasibility of each state transition. The results show that the proposed protocols are highly reliable.
