摘 要:为构建具有代表性的稻瘟病抗性鉴定菌系,利用16对特异性引物标记分子测定江西189个稻瘟病菌中的毒性相关基因,供试菌株的PCR测定结果在相似系数为0.75时聚类被划分成7个不同的遗传宗谱,按宗谱菌株的比例从中筛选出20个菌株,组成江西稻瘟病抗性鉴定菌系。将筛选的20个抗性鉴定菌株接种到10个不同抗性的水稻品种离体穗段,鉴定其对穗颈瘟的抗性水平,鉴定结果与这10个水稻品种在稻瘟病圃自然诱发的鉴定结果一致。研究表明基于稻瘟病菌毒性基因筛选的穗颈瘟抗性鉴定菌系对水稻稻瘟病特别是穗颈瘟的抗性鉴定准确性高。In order to construct representative strains for identification of resistance to rice blast, virulence-related genes in 189 strains of Magnaporthe oryzae isolated from Jiangxi Province were determined by 16 pairs of specific primers and markers.When the similarity coefficient was 0.75, the strains were divided into 7 different genetic lineages. According to the proportion of genealogical strains, 20 strains were selected to form the strains for identification of resistance to rice blast in Jiangxi Province.The 20 resistant strains were inoculated into 10 different resistant rice varieties to identify their resistance level to neck blast,and the results of identification were consistent with those of 10 rice varieties identified in the rice blast nursery. The results showed that the identification of blast resistance strains based on the virulence genes of Magnaporthe oryzae had high accuracy in resistance identification to rice blast, especially neck blast.
